Key Responsibilities

  • The roles and responsibilities of the Store Officer shall include but not limited to the following areas: Warehousing and Distributions of Materials
  • Perform inbound warehousing activities such as receive, conduct quality inspection of materials received from vendors, bin to location of materials, ensure proper tagging of identification slip on each material.
  • In the case of discrepancies of materials in quality or quantity, initiate to buyers or Material Planners to resolve the discrepancies with the vendors.
  • Perform outbound warehousing activities such as pick, pack, issue of materials to end-users, and practise First-In-First-Out (FIFO) or First-Expired-First-Out (FEFO), where appropriate.

Requirements

  • O, N-Level, NITEC / Higher NITEC in Logistics Services 2.
  • Candidate with 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in store operations and supply chain will have added advantage.
  • 5 days’ work per week and able to work independently as well as a team player.
  • Knowledge of Kaizen and possess of Class 3 / 4 driving license & forklift certification in advantage.
