Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain cycle time metrics, reports, tools, enablers, and methodologies for accurate performance measurement.

Lead and manage a portfolio of cycle time improvement initiatives with cross-site and cross-functional teams.
Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching to enhance site-level capability in cycle time management.
Partner with Site and Central Operations & Engineering teams to gather, analyze, and interpret operational excellence data.
Facilitate Best Known Method (BKM) sharing and lead regular cycle time performance review meetings with key stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
At least 5 years of recent semiconductor experience with deep understanding of Backend (Assy, Test, Module/SSD) or Front-End manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
Solid understanding of statistics to support business and operational decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Practical knowledge of statistics, data analysis, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
Ability to independently utilize existing tools and templates to address complex situations with minimal guidance.
