  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering within the semiconductor industry
  • Proven technical expertise in troubleshooting automated manufacturing systems and sub-assemblies
  • Strong understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Fault Detection and Classification (FDC) systems
  • Experience leading technical teams and managing maintenance shift schedules
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced cleanroom environment
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or 8D problem-solving methodologies
  • Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or ERP software
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
  • Willingness to support production requirements through on-call availability or shift rotations
