Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering within the semiconductor industry
- Proven technical expertise in troubleshooting automated manufacturing systems and sub-assemblies
- Strong understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Fault Detection and Classification (FDC) systems
- Experience leading technical teams and managing maintenance shift schedules
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced cleanroom environment
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or 8D problem-solving methodologies
- Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or ERP software
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
- Willingness to support production requirements through on-call availability or shift rotations
