Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the I4.0 product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and manufacturing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in smart manufacturing, process engineering, or similar operations with proven I4.0 project delivery.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in data science, analytics, or related roles.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional and global teams with strong collaboration skills across all management levels.
  • Demonstrated experience driving digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Strong knowledge of data engineering (ETL, data warehousing, SQL, database management systems like Snowflake).
  • Proficiency in web development (Angular, JavaScript/Typescript, HTML) and BI tools (Tableau, Power Platform).
  • Experience with APIs, JSON/XML data formats, and Agile development processes.
  • Strong domain knowledge in capacity modeling, planning and optimization, or line management and manufacturing performance monitoring.
