Key Responsibilities
- Develop measurement recipes to provide quick and accurate feedback on product integrity, proactively problem-solving yield or quality impacts.
- Participate in new technology development and startup alongside Research & Development (R&D) fabrication sites in the US.
- Collaborate with Engineering Operations and Application teams to optimize tool maintenance schedules and utilization.
- Develop and run projects aimed at enhancing inline detection, improving efficiency, reducing cost, and minimizing measurement variability.
- Support Fab through data analysis, providing knowledgeable summations and recommendations for process changes and cost reduction.
- Determine Sampling strategy to meet Production, Process Control, and Quality requirements.
- Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.
- Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communicator capable of collaborating across all organizational levels.
- Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
- Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role-appropriate AI literacy responsibly.
- Interest in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
