Key Responsibilities
- Support the local Sales organization and customers in identifying technically appropriate, cost-effective solutions and preparing competitive technical and commercial offers.

- Support risk review processes, project kick-off activities, and customer engagements through technical meetings, presentations, negotiations, and training.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in proposal engineering, sales support, tendering, or a similar technical role.
- Strong ability to interpret customer specifications and translate them into compliant, competitive technical solutions.
- Solid understanding of costing, pricing fundamentals, and technical/commercial documentation.
- Experience working collaboratively with Sales, factories, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
