Key Responsibilities
- Develop and prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals and quotations for electric motor solutions in collaboration with Sales and engineering teams.

- Support Sales during customer negotiations, technical meetings, and product presentations while ensuring alignment with ABB pricing strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or any related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales support, proposal engineering, or a similar technical support role.
- Strong ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into accurate technical and commercial proposals.
- Proficiency in proposal tools, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
