Requirements

• , implementing workflows and controls and transforming and digitalising existing processes - Work with traders, sales and structurers and coordinate with support units (technology, audit, legal, compliance, risk) to roll out regulatory requirements and best practices in the industry - Drive implementation or improvement to front office processes to ensure compliance with internal policies & regulatory requirements - Manage/support desk support related control functions - Participate in ad-hoc working groups or new initiatives - Drive and be part of the automation and digitalisation initiatives Requirements - Direct experience and knowledge of Global Markets (or Custody & Securities Services) businesses in any of the following areas: Product Control, Middle Office Operations & Risk - Product knowledge of Bonds, Equities, FX and their derivatives is preferred -
• Good verbal and written communications and comfortable with presentations - Collaborative personality that reflects enthusiasm and an ability to work with different personalities and stakeholders across front office and support units - Independent self-starter with sound organisational skills and ability to be disciplined with planning and delivering deadlines - Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., VBA, Python, MS Power Automate) is a significant advantage
