Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for software-related issues in manufacturing operations, ensuring timely resolution.
- Assist in the deployment, maintenance, and improvement of system solutions, including internal and third-party vendor applications.
- Explore opportunities to introduce new systems, such as AI-powered analytics and automation tools, to improve organizational efficiency.
- Assist in crafting and maintaining user interfaces using AI-driven insights for enhanced usability.
- Analyze gaps and proactively suggest measures to improve the efficiency of existing systems using the latest AI technologies.
- Collaborate with business users, IT, and engineering teams to define requirements and resolve issues.
- Coordinate and support database health, including basic backup and recovery tasks, and maintain documentation.
Requirements
- Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Computer, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, C#, ASP.net, SQL, HTML, etc.).
- Familiarity with database technologies (Microsoft SQL, Oracle, etc.).
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and methodology.
- Ability to participate in training and knowledge sharing, supporting peers in troubleshooting.
