Key Responsibilities

- Conduct physical failure analysis to identify and classify physical defects.
- Establish and hypothesize potential electrical or process fail mechanisms based on detailed models and analysis, supporting process improvement.
- Collaborate with frontend, backend teams, and Global Quality (GQ) to address and resolve defectivity issues.
- Prepare and present comprehensive electrical and physical failure mechanisms on a weekly basis to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement new fault isolation and physical failure analysis techniques.
- Lead and guide a team of CE PYE technicians.
- Coordinate maintenance and high uptime of fault isolation and physical failure analysis tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Material Science.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a drive to excel.
- Excellent communication skills, including presenting complex information in large meetings.
- Deep understanding of product architecture, process flow, and test sequence.
- Ability to support shift rotation as required by operational needs.
