Key Responsibilities
- Perform independent equipment maintenance focused on reliability, robustness improvement, and maintenance cost saving projects.
- Translate Engineering needs into preventive maintenance tasks and achieve committed manufacturing targets.
- Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams to prioritize and solve production issues affecting wafer quality.
- Implement Best Known Method (BKM) in collaboration with vendors and benchmarking to ensure quality.
- Work cross-functionally with Quality, Production, and other modules to achieve common goals in quality, service, and cost.
- Support equipment installation/relocation and OEE improvement projects with IE & Central Support group.
Requirements
- Degree in Electronics & Electrical
- 2-3 years of experience in a current role.
- Experience with 8" Diffusion furnaces (TEL Alpha / VTR7000 / ASM / Kokusai) maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Technical competency to troubleshoot and repair equipment using schematics.
- Ability to engage in team discussions regarding equipment issues.
- Experience with installation and commissioning of new equipment with vendors.
