Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for engineering maintenance and repair of all utilities and manufacturing equipment/systems serving the entire facility
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support to maintenance and calibration specialists on shift
- Provide support during routine and shutdown maintenance work and product changeovers
- Review and complete work orders promptly, initiating follow‑up as required
- Support Project Engineering Team to deliver projects within timeline and budget
- Partner with Quality and Deviation owners to ensure timely closure of deviation records
- Develop preventive maintenance procedures complying with regulatory codes and standards
- Work with Reliability team to establish predictive maintenance programs such as thermal scanning, ultrasonic and vibration monitoring
- Increase equipment MTBF and reduce MTTR through root‑cause analysis and corrective actions
- Coordinate with MRO storeroom personnel to maintain proper parts stocking levels
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Marine, Electrical/Instrumentation or Chemical Process Engineering
- 1-2 years hands‑on maintenance experience in pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing
- Experience with project start‑up environments
- Familiarity with SAP Maintenance Program and CMMS software
- Strong analytical problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
