Key Responsibilities
- Drive business results by facilitating functional goal development using lean strategy tools
- Manage the functional project portfolio process and lead prioritization to ensure alignment with resource management and business timelines
- Lead process improvement activities to realize productivity outcomes and coach improvement projects
- Develop and implement effective organizational change management (OCM) programs and business processes
- Provide leadership for site-wide initiatives including CAPEX and Product Technical Transfers
- Perform due diligence to mitigate risks to safety, quality, compliance, and delivery
- Manage functional communications in line with the site plan to ensure impactful content and timing
- Ensure a safe working environment by complying with all Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or equivalent discipline
- Minimum of 8 years of related working experience, preferably within a biotech or pharmaceutical operating environment
- Proven track record of at least 5 years managing small to medium-scale projects of varying complexity
- Certified Black Belt in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Experience leading change initiatives on local, regional, or global levels with familiarity in PROSCI standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high-level facilitation and stakeholder influence abilities
- Essential competencies in Project Portfolio and Program Management
