Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects through the design, procurement, installation and commissioning of new equipment or modifications to existing equipment and facilities
- Collaborate with internal resources and external contractors to execute capital projects within established timelines and budgets
- Create, review and approve cGMP documents such as SOPs, engineering drawings, and change orders while maintaining project documentation
- Support global engineering teams in the execution of large-sized capital projects exceeding 10M CHF
- Partner with manufacturing, maintenance, and utility teams to build operational competencies and ensure maintenance requirements are considered in asset design
- Support technology transfer of new products and processes to the Singapore site
- Perform quality and safety root cause analysis, risk assessments, and implement CAPA as required
- Embody the PT Lean Production System (LPS) and demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset using LPS tools
Requirements
- BA/BS or higher in a scientific or engineering discipline
- At least 2 years of working experience in an engineering or project management role
- Strong aptitude to acquire and apply engineering knowledge and project management skills
- Willingness to embrace change and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues and communicate effectively to project team members and stakeholders
- Goal-oriented, persistent, and driven to achieve results while taking accountability for assignments
