Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects through the design, procurement, installation and commissioning of new equipment or modifications to existing equipment and facilities
  • Collaborate with internal resources and external contractors to execute capital projects within established timelines and budgets
  • Create, review and approve cGMP documents such as SOPs, engineering drawings, and change orders while maintaining project documentation

  • Perform quality and safety root cause analysis, risk assessments, and implement CAPA as required
  • Embody the PT Lean Production System (LPS) and demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset using LPS tools

Requirements

  • BA/BS or higher in a scientific or engineering discipline
  • At least 2 years of working experience in an engineering or project management role
  • Strong aptitude to acquire and apply engineering knowledge and project management skills
  • Willingness to embrace change and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability to work effectively with colleagues and communicate effectively to project team members and stakeholders
  • Goal-oriented, persistent, and driven to achieve results while taking accountability for assignments
