Key Responsibilities
- Manage some of target accounts to increase share of wallets for all Schneider Electric offers and solutions
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and positioning our solutions accordingly
- Build and maintain good relationships with consultants, contractors and other M&E partners to identify opportunities and prescribe Schneider solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, and operations) and cross-BU sales teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in (Electrical/Mechanical) Engineering, Business, or related field
- +5-8yrs Proven experience managing cloud service provider & Telco communication customers or DC Ecosystem players (Consultants and Enterprise)
- Proven track record in meeting individual quarterly and annual sales targets
- Strong leadership skills working with cross-BU sales team and functional teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
