Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the single owner for site inventory management, optimizing DIO through Excess & Obsolescence, Reserve, and Scrap disposition with cross-functional teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for site-specific initiatives, projects, and escalations.
- Serve as the process owner for 'Manage Materials' during site audits (Quality, Customer, and Compliance).
- Drive Warehouse Capacity readiness to support production ramp through collaboration with relevant teams.
- Lead 'Manage Source to Pay' metrics performance tracking and status updates in site meetings.
- Provide weekly WOS (BOM and Indirect) status reports, including NPI materials, and attend demand vs supply reviews.
- Lead the resolution of Incoming Quality issues, GR discrepancies, and Invoice & Pricing reconciliation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of global supply strategies by analyzing market trends and benchmarking best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Engineering, Purchasing/Procurement, or Supply Chain.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving mindset and skills.
- Strong influencing, relationship management, and communication abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
