Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate user requests for approval in electronic systems and manage control charts in SPACE
- Review control charts, process capability indices, and trend data to identify abnormalities, drifts, or out-of-control events
- Participate in cross-functional investigations into SPC excursions and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Provide coaching and serve as a referent to teams on SPC fundamentals, data interpretation, and system usage
- Participate in ISO/IATF compliance audits and customer audits
- Support technology transfer activities for new products in accordance with OP31 requirements
- Act as Quality Representative in project/transfer meetings to align information and track deliverables
- Participate in the review of transfer documentation, reports, and risk assessments at various maturity stages
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Quality, Industrial/Manufacturing, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years working experience in semiconductor manufacturing
- Highly proficient in statistical analysis and methodologies with background in applied statistics
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
- Strong communication and facilitation abilities to lead structured discussions across teams
- Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy, and documentation practices
