Key Responsibilities
- Design and build end-to-end machine learning pipelines, from data ingestion to production deployment, considering cost models, latency, etc
- Guide the adoption of best practices for AI development, testing, deployment, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and industry regulations
- Lead the implementation of MLOps practices, including model versioning, monitoring, and retraining workflows
- Evaluate new AI tools and frameworks and contribute to technical decision-making and roadmap planning

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field; a Ph.D. is a plus
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing and deploying Cloud-Native and/or AI/ML solutions
- Strong experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and APIs
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
- Familiarity with LLMs, GenAI, or RAG architectures
