Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Technical Officers in performing Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) on EMF equipment.

- Attend to faults reported by the Operations Command Centre (OCC) regarding EMF equipment.
- Ensure EMF systems are maintained in excellent, operational condition through proactive management.
- Conduct briefings and toolbox meetings before shift commencement to ensure safety compliance.
- Provide technical advice, instructions, and maintain up-to-date records including drawings, diagrams, and manuals.
- Assist the Engineering Maintenance Manager in engineering analysis, safety investigations, and testing.
- Carry out or assist in supervising major repair and modification works involving contractors and LTA interfaces.
- Investigate accidents/incidents, report findings, and propose preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Ability to lead and manage technical teams through maintenance execution.
- Strong commitment to safety procedures compliance in all activities.
- Ability to liaise effectively with contractors and internal staff.
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed maintenance records (PM/CM).
- Willingness to perform rotating shift duties and driving duties.
