Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit monthly work schedules, ensuring all maintenance work orders are executed and closed promptly.
- Ensure all maintenance works strictly comply with statutory Codes of Practices, approved instructions, and in-house safety/quality procedures.
- Participate in reviewing and updating work instructions/task lists to enhance productivity and meet current requirements.
- Follow up on all reported faults until resolution.
- Coordinate and attend to interfacing works, testing, commissioning, and taking over of newly installed ECS equipment.
- Work with LTA and contractors to close faults registered during the Defect Liability Period (DLP).
- Ensure monthly maintenance key performance targets are achieved.
- Maintain workplace safety through close supervision and implementation of all safety requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Building Services Technology, or Facilities Management.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant post-graduate working experience in operation and maintenance of building facilities systems.
- Experience with air-conditioning & mechanical ventilation systems is required.
- Familiarity with electrical system, fire protection system, and related M&E equipment is necessary.
- Must be prepared to work in 3 rotating shifts.
