Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for SEA to achieve revenue and market share targets across all franchises.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive intelligence gathering, and identify growth opportunities for regional go-to-market strategies.
- Drive product positioning, pricing strategies, and lifecycle management for Coronary, Core Coronary, OCT/FFR, and Endovascular portfolios.
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive core business growth and increase adoption of advanced technologies like OCT and FFR.
- Partner with sales teams to develop physician engagement programs, manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and host advisory board meetings.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively while monitoring performance metrics and providing regular business reviews to leadership.
- Collaborate closely with global teams on new product launches, ensuring successful commercialization within the SEA region.
Requirements
- Proven ability to develop and execute regional marketing strategies in the SEA market.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, competitive landscapes, and account-specific data.
- Experience in product lifecycle management within a technical/medical device environment is highly beneficial.
- Excellent presentation skills to convey complex findings and proposed actions to leadership.
