Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams (PIE, Process & Equipment Engineering, WLR, TD) to improve product yields and reliability within the assigned process loop.
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments to enhance fab process, yield, and quality.
- Collect and interpret complex data to optimize Fab processes and increase yields.
- Communicate module-related issues clearly to Fab engineering and leadership teams.
- Engage and/or lead cross-area engineering teams to effectively tackle complex process issues.
- Work closely with global partners on module-related topics and process alignment projects.
- Partner with IE, Process, Equipment Engineering, and Production to forecast and balance yield, output, and process issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science.
