Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables.
- Attend project meetings and prepare minutes, action items, and follow-up logs.
- Maintain project trackers, schedules, and daily progress updates.
- Support procurement coordination by updating delivery status and recording material movements.
- Assist in reviewing engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications.
- Support the implementation of power systems and mechanical solutions.
- Help in arrangement of testing schedule and co-ordination with site stakeholders to conduct testing and commissioning.
- Work with field service engineers on basic quality checks, measurements, and data collection.
- Support daily site coordination and ensure tools, materials, and documentation are prepared.
- Participate in testing and commissioning activities as an assistant/observer.
- Help prepare and upload commissioning reports.
- Assist in documenting customer-raised defects, updating defect lists, and following up with contractors.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
- A customer-oriented mindset.
- Experience in handling customer inquiries (preferred but not mandatory).
- Coordination, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
