Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team in investigating defects alongside Operations and Maintenance staff to develop rectification methods and propose modifications.
- Analyze and trend condition monitoring and defect data to proactively identify reliability concerns and develop countermeasures.
- Vet and review technical work instructions for both preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Review and update the System Hazard log and Risk register.
- Identify and implement cost-effective technologies to enhance Supervisory Control system performance.
- Support LTA and SMRT projects by reviewing design specifications for adequacy in safety, reliability, maintainability, and operability.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- More than 8 years of experience in Supervisory Control System related field.
- Good understanding of integrated/supervisory control system design and interface requirements.
- Proficiency in computer IP networking, including troubleshooting network issues.
- Strong understanding of industrial protocols (MODbus, OPC, PLC, serial interface).
- Familiarity with various client-server platforms.
- Adeptness in diagnostic and reliability engineering methodologies (e.g., Weibull Analysis, FMEA, FTA).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in written and oral communication in English.
