Key Responsibilities
- Deploy project management and constraint debottlenecking strategies to help the factory achieve manufacturing Statement of Supply commits in the tactical horizon.
- Utilize visualization methods to present key factory constraints, driving manufacturing and cost improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes while considering trade-offs.
- Deploy appropriate AI-driven solutions for effective and efficient team outcomes.
- Perform design and development engineering assignments related to equipment and systems layouts in plant, office, and production facilities.
- Determine efficient sequences of operations and workflows, recommending processes for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.
- Prepare cost estimates for proposed projects and evaluate associated cost factors.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical/Computer engineering or related fields.
- Demonstrated at least 2 years of leadership skills from university or co-curricular activities.
- Advanced verbal fluency and effective written communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in M365 Apps (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to multi-task and organize work systematically to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Effective communicator capable of collaborating across all organizational levels.
