  • In-depth knowledge of vacuum technology, high-power RF generators, and wafer handling robotics.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics.
  • Proven analytical skills for root cause analysis of equipment failures.
  • Experience working in a Class 100 (ISO 5) or cleaner cleanroom environment.
