Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance, specifically in PVD or Sputter modules.
- In-depth knowledge of vacuum technology, high-power RF generators, and wafer handling robotics.
- Strong ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics.
- Proven analytical skills for root cause analysis of equipment failures.
- Experience working in a Class 100 (ISO 5) or cleaner cleanroom environment.
- Proficiency in using specialized diagnostic tools and software for equipment troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle 12-hour rotating shifts.
- Effective communication skills for technical reporting and team collaboration.
