Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the documentation of lessons learned and business rules to improve conversion practices.
  • Prepare and maintain simple weekly/monthly reports as assigned.
  • Provide basic training and user support on Micron’s conversion management systems and BKMs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
  • Basic understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and workflows.
  • Familiarity with fab systems such as process control, traveler management, and lot tracking.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including process development, integration, and yield enhancement (YE).
  • Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a dynamic technology development (TD) environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly document and share findings.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical thinking through coursework or projects.
  • Proactive attitude with a sense of ownership for assigned tasks.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and pay attention to detail.
