Key Responsibilities
- Drive alignment and standardization across various fabs on Best-Know-Methods (BKMs)
- Develop Metrics to measure the standardization, sustainability, scalability and synchronization of the BKMs
- Identify gaps in current programs and use SMART metrics to drive effectiveness and efficiency on program deliverables
- Transform yield SEAL and SWATs to achieve FECOS missions, improving network resource/talent leverage
- Implement organizational change management methods and tools to increase the speed of adoption and capture project or program return of investment
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams on yield reports and develop business processes to optimize current systems
- Promote cPIE teams alignment through critical metrics definition standardization, data automation & visualization, and performance monitoring
- Drive accountability and a performance-driven culture through clear communication, feedback, and goal setting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field of study
- 2 years of experience in an engineering field
- Proven ability to collaborate globally and influence through indirect leadership on critical projects
- Demonstrated capability in dealing with complexity and effectively utilizing resources to bring clarity to required actions
- Record of performance excellence in the current area of responsibility
- Demonstrated successful leadership characteristics in past and present roles
- Proven ability to solve problems across multi-functional groups, both internal and external to the department/Site
