Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement advanced process monitoring and control methodologies.
- Serve as a technical expert contributing to improvements in processes, procedures, and equipment.
Requirements
- PhD in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical/Microelectronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of chemistry, chemical kinetics, thermodynamics, and mass transport.
- Working knowledge of data analysis systems such as Y3 for experimental data analysis.
- Working knowledge of Design of Experiments (DoE).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for local and remote settings.
- Ability to convey complex technical messages concisely and effectively.
