Key Responsibilities

• This position reports to Operation Project Management Team Lead and interacts with Regional Product, Technology and Operation teams.
• Main responsibility covers change management and to ensure quality deliverables within project timeline.
• The role will have opportunity to participate in GenAI, DocAi initiatives where we leverage the tool to reduce manual toil from day-to-day operational activities.
