Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for SEA to achieve revenue and market share targets across all franchises.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and identify growth opportunities. Create go-to-market strategies for geographies within the region to support individual product launches to maximize business growth.
  • Create Strong market models reflecting current market trends and competitive landscape
  • Routinely perform analyses of industry, market, and account-specific trends. Present findings in clear, consistent presentations with specific conclusions and proposed actions
  • Assess market for partnership, distribution, or co-promotional relationships. Propose possible deals or opportunities that would drive AV's leadership position and incremental revenue.
  • Work closely with sales, clinical, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
  • Support training programs for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Drive product positioning, pricing strategies, and lifecycle management for Coronary, Core Coronary, OCT/FFR, and Endovascular portfolios.
  • Plan and lead key regional marketing events within the region (conferences, company-sponsored industry events, etc.)
  • Provide regional leadership to support execution of local marketing activities and tactics.
  • Lead regular product training sessions (product information, clinical data, etc.) for AV staff throughout SEA region.
  • Collaborate with global teams on new product launches and ensure successful commercialization in SEA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 6–10 years of marketing experience in medical devices or healthcare industry, with strong exposure to cardiovascular or vascular therapies.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-country marketing strategies and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Travel expectation 50% of the time
