Key Responsibilities
- Dual maker and Checker role on trades validation and ensures on-time settlement of all trades (Equity, Bonds, Structured Products, OTC Derivatives, Interest Rate Swaps, Other complex FX Swaps.
- Processing of post trade product life event of structured Notes and OTC Derivatives including but not limited to Early termination, Interest processing, final maturity & so on Ensure settlements of trades are in compliance to policies, procedures and market regulations.
- Ensures full compliance with all policies and regulations including SFA's T+X+1.
- Complete adherence to SLAs with Wealth Business and other internal and external customers.
Requirements
- Experience in a private banking and wealth management environment in the backend operation.
- Adequate Knowledge of Investment Products (i.e.
- Structured Product/Derivatives) Adequate Knowledge of Swift Message i.e.
- MT2X/MT5X/MT6X Have some knowledge of MAS regulatory reporting Functional knowledge/experience in back-office support is required Able to multi-task, a good team player, Self Motivated with good interpersonal skills Able to take on new tasks as required by the business and by the management Meticulous, alert & have an eye for figures & details.
