Key Responsibilities

  • Debug and identify root causes of failures in reliability tests using Electric Failure Analysis (EFA) and Physical Failure Analysis (PFA), driving resolutions through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Provide recommendations to fab teams regarding new process conversions to reduce cost and increase yields, impacting product quality and reliability.
  • Manage risks associated with DPM process conversions in collaboration with Product Managers/Leads to balance innovation pace with stability.
  • Promote innovation and drive technical changes that provide a competitive advantage for Micron in the HBM market.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering growth within the organization.
  • Manage projects to ensure efficient execution and timely delivery of technological solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Product Engineering within High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) or advanced memory technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead reliability testing and failure analysis for complex semiconductor products.
  • Strong understanding of intrinsic and extrinsic reliability concepts (Time 0, Field DPM).
  • Proficiency in root cause analysis using EFA and PFA techniques.
  • Ability to drive process improvements through manufacturing test flow optimization.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts.
