Key Responsibilities
- Optimize processes, tools, and systems to achieve best-in-class product quality and productivity in EWS operation.
- Maintain and support day-to-day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and solution implementation.
- Improve quality-yield in the Test process and resolve process/product deviations (e.g., excursion, RMA) within short turnaround times.
- Provide cross-functional, cross-departmental, and cross-EWS support based on need and priority.
- Participate in cost reduction projects to maintain overall cost efficiency.
- Understand each process flow and prepare the corresponding operating procedure.
Requirements
- Degree in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering, Sciences, or Diploma in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering, Sciences with engineering experience.
- Extensive knowledge of MS Excel and Office Suite.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork across departments.
