Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with image processing engineers, packaging SMEs, and operations teams to translate business challenges into clear problem statements and requirements.
- Support the intake, scoping, and prioritization of new project requests for ETD solutions.
- Partner with technical teams to define data needs, evaluate feasibility, and structure image processing use cases.
- Assist in documenting assumptions, constraints, and expected business value for projects.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across cross-functional global teams.
- Contribute to transition planning for solutions moving from prototype to production deployment.
- Produce clear documentation, including requirement summaries, feasibility notes, and user guides.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Analytics, Engineering Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry with an understanding of package development.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, or relevant data analysis tools.
- Exposure to image analytics, machine learning, optics, or semiconductor manufacturing concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to break down complex processes/datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for global team collaboration.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse, global teams.
- Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
