Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of channel marketing programs, incentives, and promotions.
- Support partner onboarding, segmentation, and profiling activities.
- Help manage partner participation in loyalty or incentive programs.
- Coordinate digital and offline campaigns targeting distributors and channel partners.
- Support content creation for partner newsletters, sales kits, social posts, and product promotions.

- Maintain and update partner contact lists and communication dashboards.
- Monitor campaign performance, partner engagement metrics, and ROI.
- Support sales & marketing analysis including pipeline, sell-in/sell-out data, and partner performance.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal teams.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Good analytical abilities and familiarity with Excel or data tools.
- Creative mindset with interest in digital marketing.
- Experience with design tools (nice-to-have).
- Knowledge of CRM or marketing automation platforms (nice-to-have).
- Interest in sustainability, energy management, or technology (nice-to-have).
