Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and acquire new drivers through walk-ins, leads, referrals, and ground engagement.
- Understand driver needs and recommend suitable vehicle or leasing solutions based on their requirements.
- Explain leasing packages, rental structures, incentives, and onboarding requirements clearly to prospective drivers.
- Follow up promptly on sales leads and convert enquiries into confirmed hirers through effective sales engagement.
- Own the driver journey from first enquiry to successful onboarding, acting as the primary contact during the first month of tenure.
- Address enquiries regarding rental terms, payment cycles, and operational policies while resolving feedback with a service-first approach.
- Manage sales leads through CRM or internal systems, maintaining accurate records of all interactions and status updates.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Requirements
- Diploma or other equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of sales experience (preferably in mobility or automotive industry).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable engaging with the frontline driver community.
- Sales-driven with strong follow-up discipline and ownership mindset.
- Minimum 1 year of safe driving experience (possession of a valid Class 3/3A driving license).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
