Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Equities & Crypto Product team, setting product strategy and roadmap for single‑stock, ETFs, equity‑linked and digital asset products across all wealth channels.

- Track record of leading product teams and delivering commercial results in a wealth or retail investment context Deep understanding of equity markets, exchanges, brokerage operations and how execution, pricing and fees impact client outcomes.
