Key Responsibilities
- Develop long-term AP process equipment business forecasts and market sizing to support strategic discussions.
- Build and maintain market models for TAM, SAM, and market share across the broad scope of AP process technology (wafer & panel).
- Support corporate analytics in publishing TAM/SAM/Share at required cadences and aligning AP market capacity demand against expansion plans and supply-demand gaps.
- Support Strategic/Executive Business Review meetings by providing insights on market trends, technology roadmaps, business impact, and ROI assessment.
- Support product groups in AP device cost modeling, product marketing initiatives, and competitive intelligence gathering.
- Support Lam's branding initiatives at key semiconductor tradeshows and technical conferences for AP, including preparing keynote slides.
Requirements
- Degree or Masters equivalent with 5-8 years of experience in Semiconductor Wafer (and Panel) Level Equipment providers or Market Research/Consulting firms.
- Demonstrated focus on Advanced Packaging within the relevant experience base.
- Strong understanding of the latest advanced packaging technology trends and various platform flavors, including end-market segment adoption insights.
- Familiarity with advanced packaging integration process flows and the ability to build/maintain application models tracing critical process sequences.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, capable of building market insights, technology trend, and strategic business impact slides.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups across different functions and geographic locations.
