Key Responsibilities
- Support the HRBP team in day-to-day employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, transfers, internal mobility, offboarding) by coordinating with HRSS, TA, employees, and line managers.
- Execute employee engagement initiatives and events management.
- Support key HR processes including performance management, probation/confirmation, engagement, and learning administration.
- Handle employee inquiries professionally and escalate complex cases appropriately while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Complete other assigned duties/projects under the supervision of the HRBP.
Requirements
- Undergraduate business student from a reputable university.
- Some experience working with data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
