Key Responsibilities
- Install and/or relocate equipment at customers’ sites, conducting associated start-up, cut over, and check-out activities.
- Provide warranty tool support or paid service by performing on-site preventive maintenance and addressing equipment abnormalities.
- Apply troubleshooting techniques to eliminate malfunctions, conducting diagnostics to isolate problems and determine corrective actions.
- Implement field modifications or updates as released in Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
- Prepare and maintain accurate logs, service records, part usage documentation, and diagnostic updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (Graduate eligible role).
- Proficiency in interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics, diagrams, and operation manuals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage customers on technical solutions.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter with a deep desire to learn and grow.
- Willingness to support short-term, overseas assignments and travel frequently (domestic/international).
- Ability to work swing shifts (Tues – Sat and/or Sun – Thur) and rostered 24/7 on-call standby duty.
- Ability to work in a clean room environment while wearing required safety equipment.
