Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational HR support including employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration.
- Assist in crafting and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Support the execution of talent management programs, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate HR activities such as staff communications, documentation, and HR reporting.
- Collaborate with HRBPs to organize employee engagement activities (e.g., staff orientation and company-wide celebrations).
- Support the HR Services team in processing payroll with the outsourced vendor.
- Prepare and maintain manpower reports and track status of key items (e.g., DRC, Manpower Budget).
- Follow through on end-to-end Recruitment for assigned vacancies.
- Assist in the management of HR systems and data to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Focus on recruitment, payroll, and operational HR support.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Basic understanding of Employment legislation, HR policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
