Key Responsibilities

  • Systematize probe business processes and audit sites for compliance.
  • Synchronize Die Mix processes with Probe Planning and align Probe Long Term Planning with Short Term Planning.
  • Synchronize IE Planning with operations processes (POR-MOR gaps) and establish a Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) feedback loop.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial System Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Probe Planning, Probe Manufacturing, Inventory Control, Production Planning, or Line Management.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Python, SQL, or Tableau) for detailed analysis and metric visibility.
  • Ability to analyze line performance and provide direction through Line Management and Inventory Management concepts to meet business plans.
  • Proven ability to make decisions, multi-task, troubleshoot problems, and address root causes.
  • Proven ability to build consensus within cross-functional groups.
