Key Responsibilities

  • Champion environmental, health, and safety compliance across all control operations and conduct risk assessments.
  • Lead commissioning, maintenance, and optimization of complex control systems.
  • Provide expert support for operational issues and lead root cause investigations using 8D problem-solving methodologies.
  • Coordinate capacity planning, system performance analysis, and execution of expansion projects to meet site demands.
  • Review and validate scope, schedule, and cost estimates for infrastructure upgrades during construction phases.
  • Conduct risk assessments and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to enhance system resilience.
  • Mentor and develop control engineers and technicians through structured training programs.
  • Lead post-incident reviews and drive the implementation of corrective and preventive actions for system abnormalities.
  • Drive central initiatives focused on system capacity expansion, reliability improvement, and energy efficiency.
  • Spearhead the deployment of SMART power systems, predictive diagnostics, and digital tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Instrumentation and Control Systems Development, Maintenance, and Operations.
  • Experience within semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments is required.
  • Certification on PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition).
  • Knowledge of maintenance practices, procedures, and installation work for PLC, Instrumentation, Toxic Gas Monitoring, and SCADA.
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills with proficiency in English.
