Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safe and proper operation of facilities equipment and systems.
- Monitor facilities equipment and systems through FMCS or equivalent control systems.
- Respond promptly to out-of-specification or abnormal conditions affecting production or the site in general.
- Escalate out-of-specification or abnormal conditions to relevant parties in a timely manner.
- Restore facilities services quickly to minimize interruptions to production or the site.
- Execute shift routines and activities, including passing down information to the next shift.
- Serve as a member of the ERT (Emergency Response Team).
- Co-chair Facilities Daily Operation morning meeting/pass-down with Facilities Operations Engineer.
- Assist in drafting SOPs, Checklists, and daily plant reports.
Requirements
- Engineering Diploma in Electronic/Electrical, Mechanical, Controls and Instrumentation, or other similar fields.
- Willingness to work on a 12-hour shift on a rotating schedule.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize work effectively during shifts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
