Key Responsibilities
- Support Group IBG Head in formulating strategy in the business management process, including defining business models, refining business strategies, and ensuring alignment with an evolving business landscape Perform market research including macro trend assessment, market scoping and competitor analysis Collaborate with IBG leadership to develop strategy content by engaging business, country, Global Industry, segment and product heads.

Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant work experience demonstrating strategic thinking and adaptability, with knowledge of corporate banking coverage & products being advantageous Strong analytical, financial, and critical thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to filter through complex information.
- Creative and adept at research Highly committed to delivering excellence, demonstrating resilience, practicality, and adaptability to achieve results.
- Comfortable working with diverse teams and bridging gaps to drive execution.
- Strong interpersonal skills, and effective influencing and communication abilities, capable of linking strategy, product, and changes to potential business impact.
