Key Responsibilities

  • Lead dual responsibility across regional market development (SEA TMTI) and country commercial leadership (Singapore, all franchises)

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (IC, CS, Echo, hospital management, and procurement across the region)
  • Lead, Coach, and develop a high performing sales and clinical team in Singapore, while providing strategic guidance and clinical support to SEA country team for TMTI
  • Ensure clinical and procedural excellence, including support for complex cases and collaboration with clinical, training, and medical affair teams
  • Drive education and capability building initiatives, including physician training programs, workshops, and proctorships

Requirements

  • University degree (or equivalent) in science, healthcare, or business discipline.
  • 15+ years of experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, with a strong balance of clinical and commercial (sales) experience, and preferred strong clinical competence in Structural Heart Therapies
  • Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams, with solid people management and coaching capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate dynamic and evolving market environments, with agility in addressing challenges and driving business outcomes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong ability to influence physicians, hospital stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Strong customer-centric mindset, with deep understanding of clinical needs and patient pathways
  • Strong business acumen, including strategic planning, forecasting, and commercial execution
  • Handle and process customer feedbacks/complaints/product experience as applicable in timely manner and according to Abbott Medical policy and requirement.
