Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and lead Cleanroom Facilities mechanical system expansion projects to support future technology tool utilities demand.
- Respond to and troubleshoot system issues and production interruptions related to mechanical systems.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement advanced technologies on Mechanical systems to improve electricity, waste, or water reduction in line with sustainability efforts.
- Perform capacity tracking and planning for mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Lead troubleshooting and timely site response for system abnormalities, conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing action plans to prevent recurrence.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for facilities' mechanical systems (HVAC, chillers, boilers, compressed air, etc.) to ensure maximum uptime.
- Drive system reliability improvement initiatives to enable maximum equipment uptime and minimize service interruptions.
- Innovate ideas and implement predictive maintenance through SMART Facilities initiatives in collaboration with the control team.
- Manage procurement tasks involving ARIBA/SAP software for services and parts upkeep of the Facilities Mechanical System.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of Semiconductor Facilities Experience.
- Technical expertise in Facilities and Semiconductor Mechanical and Process Systems, including Cleanroom HVAC, Chilled Water, Heating Water, Makeup Air, Process Cooling Water, Compressed Air, etc.
- Knowledgeable application of problem-solving and data analysis methodologies.
- Proficiency in quality tools such as 8D & 5 WHY analysis for incident investigation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with various professional levels.
