Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Technical Field Domain Expert, offering consultation and support to all Site Facilities and Manufacturing teams.
  • Champion multi-functional collaboration with internal partners including Technology Development, Procurement, Finance, and Legal.
  • Develop, review, and maintain global system, equipment, and component Standards, Specifications, and Best Known Methods (BKMs).
  • Implement Standardization and Alignment across the Global Network for Engineering concepts, Construction execution, Reliability Programs, and O&M practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system designs for enhanced performance, efficiency gains, reduced maintenance, and cost savings.
  • Provide engineering support during the lifecycle of new large-scale Facilities Infrastructure Expansion projects, ensuring compliance with all codes and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of design packages, providing detailed feedback to ensure project success.
  • Assist in cost and schedule estimates for projects and supervise engineering during construction phases as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in providing engineering services for planning, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of Bulk Gas and Specialty Gas Systems.
  • Ability to serve as a Technical Subject Matter Expert across all phases of facility lifecycle support.
  • Strong commitment to Global Standardization and Alignment within a large manufacturing network.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with diverse engineering and operational teams.
  • Experience in developing or enforcing technical standards, specifications, and best practices.
  • Willingness to travel internationally 25-40% on average, up to 50-66% during critical project phases.
