Key Responsibilities
- Perform sophisticated electrical device characterization to determine electrical failure mechanisms.
- Operate fault isolation equipment, including nProbing, to localize electrical defects and support physical failure analysis.
- Conduct physical failure analysis to identify and classify physical defects.
- Establish and hypothesize potential electrical or process failure mechanisms based on detailed models and physical analysis, supporting process improvement.
- Collaborate with frontend, backend, and Global Quality (GQ) teams to address and resolve defectivity issues.
- Prepare and present comprehensive electrical and physical failure mechanisms weekly to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement new fault-isolation and physical-failure analysis techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Electrical/Electronic/Semiconductor Engineering.
- Proven experience with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including presenting complex information effectively in large meetings.
- Highly motivated with a passion for innovation and excellence.
- Ability to support shift rotation as required to meet operational needs.
